Thank you for visiting Beginning Mindfulness. I intended this book to help the many people who find meditation daunting. Based on the feedback I get, it seems to be doing the job well.
As my own practice has evolved, I have felt more comfortable expanding the scope and depth of what I offer in person and in writing. While "Beginning Mindfulness" remains a part of it, it is only one part, and thus it has become part of "Living-Awareness," an online presence offering support to new and experienced meditation practitioners.
